Bess Harris
Research Technician I first came to SREL in 2008 as an REU intern, studying dormancy site selection and fidelity in eastern box turtles in collaboration with Drs. Tracey Tuberville and I. Lehr Brisbin. I began my present appointment after receiving my bachelor's degree in biology from Agnes Scott College in 2010. I am currently working with Tracey Tuberville on several projects, including an investigation of long-lived reptiles as receptors of environmental contaminants, and the completion of the box turtle dormancy project. |
